Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Accounting, or Management.
- Open to Fresh Graduates or with at least 1 year of working experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Management, certification is a plus.
- Can multi-task, prioritize tasks, and has time management skills.
- Experience with SAP MM and CAPEX.
- Proficient with MS Office and Google workspace.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Job Description:
- Source new potential Suppliers.
- Canvass and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Recommend alternative materials or services.
- Research for savings and improvement of materials/services.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and Contracts.
- Monitor price changes and coordinate for material accreditation.
- Evaluate materials regularly and initiate Supplier accreditation.
- Maintain good relationships with Suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
