Job Description
Support in assisting the Purchasing/Import Logistics Officer
- Purchasing
– Prepares Purchase order and sends to Principal within set timeline and accuracy standards
- Import Logistics
– Handles shipments, payments communication with the Principal, coordination with
Forwarders & brokers (customs clearance)
– Coordinates with the warehouse team on incoming shipments
- Coordination with Regulatory
– Communicate with Principal regulatory on the documents for FDA registration
– Coordinates regulatory on the documents for Customs use
