Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Research potential vendors for office supplies, equipment, firewood, and oxygen/acetylene.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Update internal databases with order details.
  • Check all items requested with correct information.
  • Canvass prices for each item.
  • Evaluate vendor offers and negotiate prices.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure deliveries.
  • File documents and make payment requests.
  • Liaise with Plant Managers and Accounting.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Fresh graduate. Contract Length: 5 months.

Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month.
