Job Description
- Ensures compliance to the company policies and procedures – Sourcing, accreditation and evaluation of vendors including site inspection, if needed
- Coordination with requisitions and analyzes requests
- Conducts sourcing and bidding of purchase requisitions
- Processing and endorsement of purchase orders
- Coordinates approved purchase orders with suppliers
- Handles physical (if applicable) and online receiving of orders and delivery transmittal to requisitions (if applicable).
- Processing of initial payment requests and coordination with Accounting
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
