Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Receive purchase requests.
- Canvass, evaluate and compare offers from different suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of pricing and agreement
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of purchased items
- Review the quality of purchased items
- Maintain updated records of purchased items, delivery information, and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Requirements:
- Can handle client’s queries
- At least 1 year work experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- We’re accepting candidates with or without experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
