Job Description
The Purchasing Associate at Auro Chocolate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, consumables, and services. Key duties include canvassing, purchasing, and stock monitoring.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, and AUTHORITIES: Canvassing for suppliers, preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining stock levels, and addressing supply issues.
BASIC RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Supply Chain Supervisor and Managing Directors, coordinates with other departments.
JOB SPECIFICATION: Requires a 4-year degree, experience in supply chain management/purchasing, strong communication skills. Location: Magallanes, Makati.
Benefits: Additional leave, company Christmas gift, health insurance, staff meals, and opportunities for promotion.
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Mon-Fri with overtime/weekend shifts.
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary, overtime pay, and anniversary bonus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Willingness to travel: 100% required.
