Job Description
Purchasing Officer responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports. Must possess market research knowledge and strong analytical skills to identify profitable offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of purchased products, deliveries, and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases and cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage
- Stay updated with industry trends by attending trade shows and exhibitions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php25,00.00 per month
Benefit: Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
Experience: Purchasing – 3 years (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 06/20/2024
