Job Description
Mala Malatang, a prominent leader in the DIY hotpot sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer. This essential position is responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of crucial restaurant supplies, ensuring that we maintain the highest quality and availability of ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and collaborate with teams for accurate demand forecasting.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and manage all purchasing documentation.
Job Type: Full-time (8-hour shift)
Compensation: Includes a 13th month salary and bonus opportunities.
