Job Description
- Ensures that financial transactions are recorded accurately meeting necessary deadlines
- Assists Admin Head in administrative, human resources and accounting functions
- Performs tasks delegated by Admin Head ensuring that the tasks delegated are accomplished having the best interest of the company in mind
- Maintains accounts assigned ensuring accuracy and integrity of the accounts
- Regularly reports point of concerns and improvement to Admin Head in order to ensure continuous improvement of the department
- Handles vendor accounts and purchasing requirements
- Maintains company books, ledgers, and accounts
- Ensures maintenance of business premises and other facilities including office equipment
- Ensures proper handling of government compliances and other related transactions
- See to it that company standards and values are upheld, in terms of quality, service, and work ethics.
