Job Description

• Material Requisitions: Handle and process requests from other departments.
• Purchase Orders: Generate and manage orders for materials and supplies.
• Supplier Management: Source new suppliers, request quotes, negotiate terms, and compare prices.
• Delivery Monitoring: Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers for timely arrivals.
• Accounting Coordination: Work with accounting on payment requests, petty cash, and cash advances.
• Record Maintenance: Keep updated records in the Fixed Asset Management System (FAMS).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any four-year course.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledgeable in computer parts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have a motorcycle.
• Willing to work in Ermita, Manila and fieldwork if needed.
