Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to support procurement of ingredients and materials. Responsibilities include placing orders, monitoring supplier performance, managing basic inventory, analyzing costs and forecasts, and tracking market trends to secure competitive pricing. The role also coordinates timely deliveries, maintains accurate purchasing records, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum one year of purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and basic ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and travel up to 25%
Full-time position. Salary: Php20,00–22,00/month. Benefits include insurance, staff meals, and opportunities for training and promotion.
