Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering, or Management/Accounting course
- At least two (2) years related work experience as a Purchasing Staff/Purchaser in a manufacturing or trading/retail industry
- With experience as a Purchasing Local
Job Description:
- Locates External Providers using different sources or platforms such as catalogs, internet, interviews, trade fairs, referral and exhibits.
- Requests and consolidates quotations from External Providers.
- Negotiates prices, specifications and delivery schedules with External Providers and ensures that the best deal has been achieved.
- Calculates costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
- Requests accreditation/re-accreditation requirements from External Providers.
- Assists in the checking of accreditation/re-accreditation requirements of External Providers.
- Assists in the filing and safekeeping of accreditation/re-accreditation related documents of External Providers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
