Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles Phone call inquiries
- Updating and reporting of all purchase requests
- Ensures on-time delivery of all supplies and products
- On time coordination with the suppliers
- Follows up all deliveries to ensure a smooth operation flow
- Canvassing of goods that suits the quality needs of the company/employees/department
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field
- With at least one (1) year of experience working in the food manufacturing environment
- Work experience in Purchasing Management, preferably in the Food Industry
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Procedures
- Working Knowledge of HACCP and ISO will be required
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is required
- Knowledgeable in Market Research
- Able to manage priorities and complexities
- Good writing, statistical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Very detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with people at all levels
- Willing to be assigned at Head Office in Caloocan City
- Work Schedule is from Monday to Friday (8 am to 6 pm)
