Job Description
As a Purchasing Staff, your main responsibility will be to assist the purchasing manager in coordinating and executing the procurement activities for our organization.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and selecting suppliers
- Requesting and comparing quotations
- Negotiating prices and terms
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Maintaining accurate purchasing records
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks are also essential qualities for success in this role.
