Job Description
A reputable company, Montrelec Inc., is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Purchasing Staff. As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services required by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their products and services.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure the best deals.
- Review purchase requisitions and select appropriate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Proven experience in purchasing and procurement.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
