Job Description
Main Responsibility: This role involves sourcing and verifying the completeness of purchase requisitions, creating and processing purchase orders, following up on orders, updating the system, and monitoring purchases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Conduct vendor research and selection to enhance profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage their performance.
- Utilize data for effective purchasing and inventory management.
- Manage purchase orders and oversee shipping schedules.
- Perform market research to secure advantageous purchasing agreements.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience, familiarity with supply chain procedures, and proficiency in purchasing software.
