Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain efficient record-keeping systems and documentation practices.
- Assist in document retrieval related to Customs and regulatory requirements.
- Generate Purchase Orders and validate Sales Invoices.
- Provide clerical support and prepare purchasing reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related field.
- Proficiency in purchasing practices.
- Background in food industry purchasing is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work on a Project-Based arrangement.
