Job Description
Primary Function: Ensures that all approved Spare Parts and services are available at all times.
Major Responsibilities:
- Processes Purchase Order with complete specifications and attachments based on approved procurement standard processing time
- Prepares itineraries and conduct field purchasing based on approved request
- Sources needed Spare Parts:
- Appropriate supplier and service provider
- Good Pricing
- Within approved Quality and Specifications
- Lead time
- Ensures timely delivery of materials
- Creates weekly delivery schedule
- Receives daily delivery of Spare Parts
- Ensures materials are delivered based on approved procurement standard processing time
- Prepares needed documents for payment processing
- Ensures proper reporting of purchasing report
- Corporate PO for VPO’s Approval
- Scrap Price List
- PR Status
- Diesel Delivery Schedule
- Delivery Plan Schedule
- Weekly Invoicing of Procured Materials
- Purchase Requisition for Closing
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of any 4-year business-related courses
- With 1 year of work experience as a Purchasing in a Manufacturing Industry
- Physically fit to work with pleasing personality
