Job Description
- Sourcing of suppliers
- Issue and obtain approval of supplier selection sheet
- Acquire quotation and obtain product evaluation approval
- Conducts monthly evaluation for vital suppliers and quarterly evaluation for non-vital selected suppliers
- Updates approved suppliers list
- Receives purchase requisition
- Prepares purchase order
- Maintain and control records of purchase orders
- Receives and verifies delivered items
- Updates the delivery status
- Prepares monthly Purchase summary.
