Job Description
1. Directly report to Purchasing Head.
2. Communicates with management staff, vendors, and contractors to fulfill Department needs.
3. Conducts vendor outsourcing and search initiatives.
4. Collate purchase orders and requisitions for material and supply orders.
5. Review prices and specifications for best deals from suppliers.
6. Interview vendors, analyze price trends, and negotiate agreements.
7. Check requisitions for accuracy and track deliveries.
8. Ensure quality of purchased products and coordinate storage.
9. Manage procurement activities, including RFPs and vendor evaluations.
10. Maintain updated records, prepare purchase reports, and evaluate vendors.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, attend meetings, and contribute ideas for improvement.
12. Full-time, Permanent position at Tochigi-ken Technologies International Inc.
