Job Description
Basic Requirements
Education and Training:
- Must be a bachelor’s degree graduate of any business course.
- With at least one (1) year of work experience is an advantage.
- Open for Fresh Graduates.
Technical Requirements/Skills:
- Knowledgeable in Procurement process.
- Must be computer literate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other productivity software.
- Has strong business oral and written communication.
- Advanced skills in Negotiation and Coordination.
- Detail/ Specification Oriented.
- Has competitive Sourcing and Networking skills.
- Can collaborate with relevant or requesting department.
- Capable of Time and Project Management.
- Knowledgeable in Basic Inventory Management or Materials Planning Concept.
Experience:
- Knowledgeable in Purchase Requisition releasing and Purchase Order generation.
- Has understanding in vendor relations and contract negotiation is an advantage.
- Can track and monitor orders from Purchase Order generation to payment of accounts payable.
- Actual Buying Online and Onsite.
- Active participation in related Expositions, Conventions, and Purchasing Trade shows.
