Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College (with no back subjects)

Responsibilities:
- Responds to call questions and complaints
- Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls
- Provides purposeful instruction and troubleshooting support
