Job Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers efficiently with reservations and travel inquiries.
- GDS Expertise: Use Global Distribution Systems for booking flights and hotels, adhering to policies.
- Itinerary Management: Create and manage accurate travel itineraries for clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: College graduate.
- GDS Experience: Must have experience in Corporate Travel GDS within the last 6 months.
- 1 year in a GDS role, preferably in BPO or travel agency.
