Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Pure Chat Encoder. We provide an exceptional benefits package that includes a competitive salary, 13th-month pay, and HMO coverage for three dependents starting on Day One.
As a Pure Chat Encoder, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting clients, and effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
We encourage applications from recent college graduates with no prior experience, as well as high school graduates with previous BPO experience. Strong English communication skills are a must. Candidates should be prepared for onsite work and must reside within 25 to 35 kilometers of our location.
