Job Description
We are continuously looking for candidates to join our team at BPO Solutions Caldwell.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolving customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Matching customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Using negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Sharing information with internal/external clients and colleagues.
