Qualifications:
a. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
b. Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to call questions and complaints following company procedures
- Gather information, research, and log customer calls
- Communicate alternatives timely
- Inform clients about services, determine needs, and offer help
- Provide guidance and support to lower-level employees
