Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Pure Chat Support – CSR. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients using Pure Chat.
Your main duties will include assisting customers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding the use of our chat software, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing guidance on best practices for using Pure Chat effectively.
To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be patient, empathetic, and able to handle customer complaints or difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, and familiarity with live chat software or related technologies would be an advantage.
