Job Description
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working on-site (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- College Graduate
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- With BPO experience is a plus but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
