Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Pure Non voice/Chat Support Agents. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support via chat, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance through chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, have a strong technical background, and be able to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
