Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team at Orbit. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer needs, provide solutions
- Maintain knowledge of company products and policies
- Use CRM software to track customer interactions
- Strive to meet performance targets
- Handle customers professionally and patiently
Qualifications:
- Onsite work
- Filipino Citizen, 18 years old and above
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Active listening and empathy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
