Caldwell Communications is continually seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pure Non-Voice Encoders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and written communication.
- Resolve customer concerns on the first contact when possible.
- Match client products with customer needs.
- Utilize negotiation skills to achieve customer satisfaction.
