Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates for our team for the position of PURE NON-VOICE / Encoder.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolves customer issues on the first contact when possible.
- Matches customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
