Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard procedures and ensure one call resolution.
- Basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- No prior BPO experience needed.
