Position: Pure Nonvoice | Healthcare Account
Job Description: One-day hiring process to become a Call Center Agent at our Metro sites.
Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure one call resolution for customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Accounts Available: Customer Service, Technical Support, Travel, Hotel Reservation, Healthcare, Financial, Telco, Non Voice.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate.
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month.
