We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in the Pure Nonvoice Telco Account. The position involves handling customer inquiries related to telecommunication services, both in voice and non-voice channels.
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication platforms.

- Document all interactions accurately and timely.
