Job Description
Guerilla Staffing Solutions is looking for a skilled Invoicing Officer to join our dedicated team in Clark Freeport, Pampanga. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php 25,00 to Php 35,00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Work Setup: Onsite | Monday to Friday | 6 AM – 3 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate allocation of costs for projects.
- Communicate effectively with branch offices regarding invoicing queries.
- Manage and maintain documentation required for invoicing support.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
