Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and assisting with daily administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
