Job Description
- Monitoring work progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Training new employees on company policies, safety measures, and ethics
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Managing projects with a team towards common goals
- Reviewing employee performance and providing necessary support
- Evaluating workplace hazards and recommending solutions
- Monitoring and reporting on employee productivity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing
- Experience in Plastic Injection & Electronics Manufacturing is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
