Responsibilities:
- Qualifying questions to potential leads via calls
- Input customer information in database
- Uphold company policies while providing exceptional service
Qualifications:
- High school/college diploma
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable with inbound/outbound calls
- Computer proficient
- Willing to undergo training
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in call center or using ViciDial (optional)
Job Details:
- Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
