Description
- Actively participates in the global implementation of the Transactional Quality Framework.
- Works with Global Operations to audit cases/incidents/tasks/requests within a process, region, or line of business.
- Conducts scheduled audits and provides reports on findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Participates in calibration sessions with Back Office Management Leaders to ensure quality alignment.
- Serves as a backup resource for Back Office Operations during Business Continuity Plans.
- Contributes to department goals, establishes good working relationships, and performs other duties as necessary.
