Experience:
- College Degree
- 2 to 3 years experience in the BPO industry for QA or Quality
- Prior QA experience strongly preferred. Previous experience in retail accounts or campaign is an advantage
- BPO QA: 2 years (Preferred)
- Retail Account: 1 year (Preferred)
