ÉLÉVATIONE Philippines is currently seeking a Quality Analyst for their Call Center Agents.

About the Role – The Call Center Quality Analyst must:
- Be proficient in Excel, capable of working with Excel files and generating comprehensive reports.
- Have knowledge in creating work performance reports, preferably for Call Center Agents.
