Job Description
Role: Quality Analyst (Financial, Telco or Banking)
Location: MOA, Pasay, & Alabang Philippines
Salary: PHP 34,00 maximum basic
Project: Healthcare / Clinical Services
Language: English (Filipino)
Joining Date: ASAP
Headcounts: 14
Must Have: At least 2 years’ Quality Analyst experience in Financial, Telco or Banking, Knowledge of quality assurance, process improvements in the BPO industry
Basic Function:
- Monitoring of transactions as per process guidelines
- Conduct call quality coaching to the associates
Essential Functions:
- Providing event-based and frequency-based feedback
- Collecting and analyzing trends and patterns
- Assisting Ops-AM in identifying training needs for the agents and process level issues
- Participating in team huddles and providing brief on Quality performance
- Briefing new agents joining the process on quality functions
- Coordinating process improvement initiatives
Primary Internal Interactions:
Work with the Process Management Team in coming up with initiatives to improve performance
