Job Description
- Must have at least 3 to 4 years of Quality Management experience in handling Travel account in a BPO company
- Strong Business Process Improvement knowledge
- Experience with developing a QA team/program in a call center environment
- COPC, APAQ, Transaction Monitoring, Lean six sigma background
- Must be proficient in English
- Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
- We prefer candidates residing in Central Luzon or nearby provinces and can be scheduled for an online/onsite assessment and interview immediately.
- Target Start Date: ASAP
