Job Description
Job Description:
- Deliver new hire and ongoing quality assurance with an emphasis on customer service and sales skills, client product knowledge.
- Partner with clients in process design and modification.
- Conduct proficiency evaluations and certify trainees/agents for the programs to which they are assigned.
- Enables the account to look at operations, quality, and customer satisfaction in a different perspective through retrospective analysis.
- Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
- Provide leadership to QA Supervisors, ensuring operational and coaching practices are implemented and updated as needed to drive performance results and employee development.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Davao City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Managerial Work in Quality Assurance: 3 years (Required)
