Job Description
A locally-based BPO in Davao City, Six Eleven Global Services & Solutions, is hiring talented QA professionals with at least one year of experience. Join our team to listen and evaluate calls, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality interactions. Full-time position with a monthly salary range of Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00, offering paid training, 13th-month salary, and an 8-hour shift schedule.
Job Description:
- Listen to and evaluate calls using call recordings.
- Assess call interactions based on client’s steps and policies.
- Give accurate feedback to help representatives improve.
- Participate in call calibration sessions and meetings.
- Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
