Job Description
Swak BPO Corp. is one of the fastest-growing BPO centers in the Clark Freeport Zone. We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound interaction quality with clients.
- Track issues in quality monitoring systems or tools and analyze the results.
- Provide feedback to improve performance and develop training programs.
- Define quality metrics with internal teams.
- Report statistical data found in quality analysis to the Analyst Supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adept in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- This is an on-site position at our offices in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
