Job Description
Join WTW as a Quality Analyst and take on a vital role in ensuring transaction and call accuracy, compliance with policies, and adherence to quality standards. You will review and audit processes, analyze trends, and provide actionable feedback to enhance performance. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a multinational shared services environment, with strong skills in statistical analysis and problem-solving. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
