Job Description
Empress Dental Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Quality Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Tracking all incoming, ongoing, and outgoing cases.
- Providing updates on case statuses.
- Production planning and monitoring.
- Color coding cases.
- Effective customer communication.
- Managing workload to meet deadlines.
- Participating in meetings and training.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Graduate of any related course; strong communication skills; flexible and motivated.
