Job Description
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of critical and non-critical errors in transactions.
- Understanding of QA framework, NPS, CSAT, RCA, and action plan.
- Familiarity with Quality metrics and reporting tools.
- Strong investigative and business writing skills.
- Proficiency in creating reports using various tools.
- Ability to perform risk analysis and stakeholder communication.
- Basic exposure to statistical tools and trend analysis.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly Sampling Plan and share with the QA team.
- Monitor all transaction types in assigned programs.
- Conduct Live, Recorded, and Side-by-Side audits as per COPC standards.
- Track QA feedback and accuracy, provide necessary support.
- Analyze monitoring data for program-level insights.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: Php80,00.00 – Php90,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay: 13th month salary
